25412 HEQ5 P Reflector Telescope

Description

Polar scope, built-in dual axis motor drive, 254mm aperture, 1200mm focal length (f/5). Has all the features of the 25412 HEQ, but with the extremely solid pier mount in pace of the tripod. Mounted on castors for easy transport, each leg has a lockable, adjustable-height rubber-tipped screw for leveling the pier. Not as easily portable as the tripod, the pier offers much greater stability and reduction in vibration.
